· RVLogon.com will not release any information about you or your account unless required by law. You will be notified before any such information is released.
· RVLogon.com does not inspect files; however, files or messages may be seen during routine system maintenance.
· Any downloaded or uploaded files are subject to virus detection scans.
· RVLogon.com does not censor, limit or control the information that comes in and out of our system, except in accordance with the provisions of your subscription agreement and applicable law.
Usage
· RVLogon.com will not censor anything downloaded from the Internet if it is directly to your own machine. Any file or message on RVLogon.com is subject to the privacy terms and conditions detailed above.
· You may NOT upload to or through RVLogon.com any commercial software, any software with distribution limits or any material in violation of its copy write.
· You may NOT post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, or other forms of solicitation such as mass emailing to other individuals. You also agree not to involve RVLogon.com in any way with the posting or transmission of unsolicited advertising and other forms of solicitation.
· You may NOT resell RVLogon.com services or products, either alone or packaged with other services, without an express written agreement to do so.
· RVLogon.com will review complaints from other users, other users on other hosts, and other information that may come to our attention.
· We will take immediate action against any RVLogon.com subscriber who abuses any RVLogon.com or Internet service.
Terms of Service
· RVLogon.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
· Subscriber is responsible for knowing how to use the service.
RVLogon.com reserves the right to change the prices or terms and conditions of service at any time.
Liability
· RVLogon.com will strive to maintain the availability of reliable service; however, RVLogon.com is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the subscriber through lack of service.
· RVLogon.com is not liable for any loss to the subscriber as a result of using the service.
Service cannot be refunded once it is set up and functioning. We will help you by telephone or in person at our discretion to get your equipment working at your site. If that is not possible, we will issue refunds only if it is returned within two days with all original packaging and the original receipt. Equipment is sold subject to manufacturer's warranties only.
· Subscriber is fully liable for any and all costs incurred through the use of the service.
· Subscriber is solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in the use of the service.
· Subscriber is solely responsible for any damage they may incur or suffer through the use of this service.
